Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB" or the "Company")
Notification of Transaction by Directorand Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR)
On 21 September 2020 STB granted options over ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") under the 2020 Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme") pursuant to an offer made to all qualifying employees made on 27 August 2020.
Each option has an exercise price per Ordinary Share of 532.1p. The number of Ordinary Shares in STB subject to each option granted to a director or person discharging managerial responsibilities is set out below being information notified by such persons to the Company.
Subject to the rules of the Scheme, the options will ordinarily vest on 1 November 2023 and be exercisable for a period of six months.
318 employees have been granted options under the Scheme in respect of a total of 489,642 Ordinary Shares.
