Appointment of Interim Risk Committee Chairman and Interim CFO

Further to the announcement on 17 December 2019, Secure Trust Bank PLC ("STB" or the "Company") announces that on 31 March 2020 Paul Myers will become interim Chairman of the Risk Committee.

Further to the announcement made on 9 December 2019, STB also announces that Stephen Heeley, Group Financial Controller at STB, will be appointed as Interim CFO, subject to regulatory approval, following the cessation of employment of Neeraj Kapur on 31 March 2020. The process for the recruitment of a replacement CFO is ongoing and the Board will update the Market on this in due course.
