Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 and Notice of 2020 AGM

Secure Trust announces that the Notice of 2020 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") and Form of Proxy are being sent to shareholders today, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2019 ("2019 Annual Report and Accounts").

A copy of the Notice of AGM has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority in compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 and will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM Copies may also be obtained by application to the Company Secretary at the registered office of the Company.

As required by DTR 6.3.5 (3) the Company confirms that the 2019 Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website www.securetrustbank.co.uk.

The 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on Wednesday 24 June 2020 at (Upper) Ground Floor, Abbey Gardens, Reading, RG1 3BA. Due to the Stay at Home Measures implemented by the Government, we will not be holding an AGM which can accommodate shareholders attending in person. Shareholders are encouraged to submit the proxy form provided and to appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM.
