Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company")Acquisition of Shares
Secure Trust Bank PLC announces that Paul Lynam, Chief Executive Officer, has today acquired 5,890 shares in the Company at a price of £17.19, bringing the total number of shares he owns in the Company to 15,000. In addition he has options over 141,667 shares in the Company which have vested but have not yet been exercised.
