The Board ofΒ Starcom announces that Mr Martin Bloom who has served as aΒ Non-ExecutiveΒ Director of the Company since its IPOΒ inΒ February 2013 has agreed to step down and resign as a director of the Company. Martin has been a valuable member of the Board since its transition from a private to a public company with guidance on its strategic direction, and has served also as Chairman of the Audit Committee. However, he is chairman of two other major listed companies, among other activities. He now intends to focus on these other appointments plus his many other interests. The Board wishes him every success in the future.
