In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
Staffline'sΒ issued share capital consists ofΒ 21,229,081Β ordinary shares ofΒ 10p each with voting rights and no shares are held in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
