Posting of Circular

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, is pleased to announce that it is today posting the Circular to Shareholders convening the General Meeting in respect of the Placing, Subscription and Open Offer announced on 21 May 2021.

The Circular contains details of the Open Offer which provides Qualifying Shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for Open Offer Shares on the basis of 10 Open Offer Shares for every 78 Ordinary Shares held on the Record Date, at the Issue Price.

The General Meeting will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 9 June 2021. In light of the ongoing Covid-19 concerns, the General Meeting will be held as a closed meeting and accordingly, save for the minimum number of Director shareholders so as to form a quorum (which is two), no Shareholders will be able to physically attend the General Meeting.
