Director/PDMR Shareholding

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 20 January 2025 Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company, has sold 38,690 Ordinary Shares at £0.238 per Ordinary Share, due to the transfer out of a client portfolio. 

Therefore, the notifiable interest of Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has decreased to   35,325,855 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.82% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
