Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, announces that it has been notified that on 1 April 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold and repurchased an aggregate 95,217 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 58p and 58.1p per Ordinary Share respectively, through a 'Bed and ISA' arrangement on behalf of underlying private clients.
In addition, the Company has been notified that on 4 April 2022, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited sold 10,027 Ordinary Shares at 57.6p per Ordinary Share and purchased 10,027 Ordinary Shares at 57.6p per Ordinary Share on behalf of different private clients.
Following the above transactions, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited's notifiable interest remains unchanged at 27,500,000 Ordinary Shares.
