Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 29 September 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, purchased 50,000 shares today at £0.26p per share.

Following the above transaction, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited has a resulting notifiable

interest in31,548,700 Ordinary Shares.
