Director/PDMR Shareholding
Staffline (AIM: STAF), the recruitment and training group, has been notified that on 18 September 2023, Henry Spain Investment Services Limited ("Henry Spain"), a person closely associated ("PCA") with Thomas Spain, Non-Executive Director and Interim Chairman of the Company, transferred out 1,514,050 shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") valued at a unit cost of £0.28 per share, thereby reducing its notifiable interest by 1,514,050 Ordinary Shares.
Separately, on 20 September 2023, Henry Spain purchased 600,000 Ordinary Shares at £0.2869 per share.
The notifiable interest of Henry Spain has therefore decreased to 31,498,700 Ordinary Shares, which is 20.57% of Ordinary Shares in issue.
