AGM TRADING STATEMENT

Staffline, the national outsourcing organisation providing people and operational expertise to industry, will hold the Group's Annual General Meeting at 10.00am this morning.

At the meeting Andy Hogarth, Chief Executive of the Group, will make the following statement on current trading:

"Firstly, I am pleased to report that the Group has traded well since the publication of the Preliminary Results in February and we continue to experience a strong demand from both new and existing customers.

Secondly, I'm delighted to announce the proposed acquisition of Avanta today which represents a new and exciting chapter in the ongoing development of our business. In 2012 Stafflline announced a new five year growth plan aimed at broadening our market reach and increasing the scale of all of its divisions. This plan sought to capitalise on the Company's strong market presence in the blue collar recruitment, to further enhance our Welfare to Work platform and develop a number of new growth divisions. To date we have invested in Driving and Agriculture sectors, expanded into Ireland, diversified into permanent resourcing via our Select franchise operation and started to replicate the Company's Onsite model within the White Collar recruitment arena. We continue to make good progress on all these fronts and the acquisition of Avanta is a significant step in further enhancing this growth plan.

Whilst it is still early in the current financial year, trading remains positive and the Board are confident the Group will meet market expectations for 2014."
