NOTICE UNDER SECTION 249D OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT
Following the announcement on 23 July 2020, the Company advises that the Directors of the Company have accepted the validity of the notice under section 249D of the Australian Corporations Act 2001 received from Beijing Sibo Investment Management LP. The Company will now commence the necessary preparations to call a general meeting within 21 days after the request is given to the Company. Further details will be provided in the notice of meeting to be published in due course.
