The Board of Range Resources Limited ("Company" or "Range") advises that it hascompleted the exercise programme from the January Rights Issue. There was a small shortfallthat was placed to clients of Max Capital Pty Ltd ("Max"). Following the placement of theshortfall from the January Rights Issue, Max were granted a first right of refusal to agreeto underwrite any options that were not exercised. A 6% fee is payable to Max in respect of all unâ€"exercised options.

A relevant Appendix 3B is attached.

Director Appointment and Appendix 3X

The Board is pleased to announce that Mr Anthony Eastman has been appointed as a Director of the Company.

Anthony Neville Chisholm Eastman (age 34) is a Chartered Accountant (BCom, CA)experienced in Financial Management and the provision of Corporate AdvisoryServices. He has previously worked with Ernst & Young and CalEnergy Gas Ltd, asubsidiary of the Berkshire Hathaway Group of Companies in both Australia andthe United Kingdom. Anthony was also previously a Director of the ASX listedCompany Continental Capital Ltd.

Please find attached an Appendix 3X in respect of Mr Eastman's appointment to the Board.

Change in Company SecretaryThe Board wishes to advise that Mr Peter Landau has resigned as Company Secretary, whilst Mr Anthony Eastman and Ms Jane Flegg have been appointed joint Company Secretary.Mr Eastman's experience is mentioned above, whilst Ms Flegg has many years of experiencein finance and administration. During the past decade she has been a Corporate Advisor to several ASX Public Listed Companies specialising in corporate and financial management, compliance and company secretarial advice.
