SCISYS PLC ('SCISYS' or the 'Company'; AIM: SSY) - the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT based solutions, web and mobile application development and support services to the Media Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that as a result of the purchase, as notified to the Company today, of ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by the SCISYS PLC Share Incentive Plan (an HM Revenue & Customs approved all employee share purchase plan) on 15 May 2016 at a price per Ordinary Share of £0.7325 the Directors below have the following interests:
