PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that, Klaus Heidrich, Chief Executive Officer of the company, and two other employees of the company have exercised 42,300 and 2,517 options over Ordinary Shares respectively (the "Exercise"). The Exercise is being satisfied by the issue of Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Following the Exercise, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 28,923,042 (excluding the 163,033 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
