Total Voting Rights
SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that on Thursday 7 June 2018 employees exercised 13,000 options over ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Exercise").
The Exercise is being satisfied by the issue of 13,000 new Ordinary Shares. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 14 June 2018 ("Admission").
Following the Exercise the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 29,499,991 (excluding the 7,167 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may then be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
