CODASciSys PLC10 August 2006 10 AUGUST 2006 CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys" or "the Company") RESULT OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING CODASciSys announces that, at its Extraordinary General Meeting held today, itsshareholders approved the planned demerger by passing all the resolutions setout in the notice convening the meeting. The demerger, which remains subject to the High Court's approval of thecancellation of the Company's share premium account is expected to becomeeffective on 26 September 2006 as announced early last month. If this timetableis met, Shareholders on the register at 6.00pm on 25 September 2006 (or suchlater date as the directors of the Company may decide) will qualify forparticipation in the demerger and receive 3 new ordinary shares in CODA plc forevery 1 ordinary share held in CODASciSys plc, which will then be renamed SciSysplc.
