CODASciSys PLC11 August 2005 CODASciSys plc CODASciSys awarded contract by the Environment Agency for delivery of modernised regulation programme CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys", stock code: CSY), the IT software and servicesprovider has today announced that its SciSys Division has been awarded a threeyear contract by the Environment Agency to provide software and services toassist it in the modernisation of its regulatory program. The contract will involve delivery of a number of work packages over the nextthree years. The first of these, valued at approximately £800,000, involves thedelivery of infrastructure and initial analysis and is expected to be completedduring 2005. The overall solution will be used to support all the Agency's regulatoryobligations, and will aim to ensure the Agency can offer a comprehensiveapproach to its clients from the issuing of permits through to the management ofcompliance with the regulations.
