CODASciSys PLC04 July 2006 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 4 July 2006 CODASciSys plc ("CODASciSys" or "the Company") FURTHER INFORMATION REGARDING NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS Further to today's announcement that Mark Wells and Mike Greig have beenappointed to the Board as Non-Executive Directors, the following furtherinformation is provided in accordance with the AIM Rules. CODASciSys confirms that, except as stated below, no disclosures are requiredwith respect to Mark Wells in accordance with paragraphs (iii) to (viii)inclusive of paragraph (g) in Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules. In accordance withsub-paragraphs (i) and (ii) of paragraph (g) of Schedule 2, the followingdisclosures are made: a) Mark Wells' full name is Mark Benjamin Wells b) He is currently a director of Dicom Group plc and Cortexplus Limited c) He was a director of Image Metrics plc (resigned November 2004),Brainpower NV (resigned May 2002), and Force 12 Holdings Limited (resignedSeptember 2003). d) Force 12 Holdings Limited appointed an administrator in 2003 whilstMark was a non-executive director. CODASciSys confirms that no disclosures are required with respect to Mike Greigin accordance with paragraphs (iii) to (viii) inclusive of paragraph (g) inSchedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
