SciSys PLC25 January 2007 25 January 2007 SCISYS PLC (SSY: AIM) Director/PDMR Shareholding SciSys plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified today that MichaelLove, the Chairman, purchased 220,020 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 90 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Love now has 2,466,659 Ordinary Shares, representing9.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
