PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights
SCISYS PLC ("SCISYS"; AIM SSY), the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT-based solutions and support services to the Media & Broadcast, Space, Government, Defence and Commercial sectors, announces that, Christopher Cheetham, Financial Director of the company, and seven other employees of the company have today exercised 40,258 and 30,372 options over Ordinary Shares respectively (the "Exercise"). The Exercise is being satisfied by the issue of Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
Following the Exercise, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 28,993,672 (excluding the 92,403 Ordinary Shares held in treasury). This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
