CODASciSys PLC06 April 2006 The board of CODASciSys PLC ("CODASciSys" or the "Company") was advised on 6April 2006 that on that date, Mike Love, Chairman of CODASciSys sold 250,000ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 513p per Ordinary Share. In addition, on 6 April 2006, 110,000 Ordinary Shares were transferred out ofthe Mike and Pavla Love Discretionary Settlement Trust (the "Trust") to certainbeneficiaries of the Trust ("Beneficiaries"). All Ordinary Shares held in theTrust form part of Mike Love's technical holding. The Beneficiaries' holdingsdo not form part of Mike Love's holding. As a result of the reduction in Mike Love's holding by 360,000 Ordinary Shares,Mike Love now holds 2,272,751 Ordinary Shares representing 8.94% of the issuedordinary share capital of the Company. Mike Love made the following comment, "I am making this sale of a small part ofmy holding for personal reasons at a time where there is strong institutionaldemand for the stock. I believe CODASciSys remains an excellent investmentopportunity and I do not intend to sell further Ordinary Shares in theforeseeable future."
