AGM TRADING STATEMENT

SciSys plc, AIM stock code: SSY, ('SciSys' or the 'Company') - the supplier of bespoke software systems, IT based solutions and support services to the Media Broadcast, Space, Government & Defence, Environment and Applications Support sectors is pleased to release the following trading statement ahead of its AGM today.

The Directors are happy to report that they currently anticipate results for the first half of 2010 will be consistent with market expectations for the full year.

The Company continues to show healthy cash flows which are reflected in the strength of its balance sheet. SciSys has benefited in the first half of the year from a strong opening order book position (£35m) and has already added to that with a number of significant contract wins. Recently announced contract awards include a £9m order for the BBC; a tier 1 position with CapGemini and BT in the winning consortium for the Environment Agency outsource contract; selection as the sole UK prime contractor under the European Space Agency GFC8 framework contract; and a framework agreement with the Irish Environmental Protection Agency.

While its trading outlook remains positive, the Company nevertheless remains alert to the risk of delays in, and deferrals of potential projects and programmes in the public sector. With over 50% of its business derived from outside the UK and with a broad spread of customers, SciSys believes that its portfolio of clients and ongoing projects is sufficiently diverse to enable it to steer its way successfully through any short term pressures.

Given the Company's strong balance sheet, and subject to continued satisfactory trading, it is the Directors' current intention to continue with the progressive dividend policy announced last year.
