Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcements earlier today regarding acceptances under the fully underwritten 12 for 25 Rights Issue and associated Rump Placing, the Company confirms that 253,052,376 new ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each (Ordinary Shares) in the capital of the Company were issued on 22 April 2021 and a further 5,024,388 new Ordinary Shares will be issued on 26 April 2021 on settlement of the Rump Placing.

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R, the Company confirms that the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 790,712,308 Ordinary Shares (excluding shares held in treasury), all of which have voting rights. The Company also holds 263,499 Ordinary Shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 790,712,308.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

A further announcement in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R will be made following the issue of the further new Ordinary Shares on settlement of the Rump Placing on 26 April 2021.
