Total Voting Rights

In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R the Company advises that, as at 31 December 2024, its issued share capital consists of 800,989,695 ordinary shares of 1 17/200 pence each, of which 263,499 are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 800,726,196.

This figure of 800,726,196 may be used by the Company's shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
