Notification of a transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR")
The Company has been notified that Jonathan Davies, being a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (a "PDMR"), was granted an award taking the form of a nil cost option ("Award") to acquire ordinary shares of 117/200 pence each ("Shares") on the date and at the price set out below.
The number of Shares subject to the Award has been determined by reference to the closing price of the Company's Shares on the day before the Award was granted, being £2.7385 per Share.
The relevant notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK version of the EU Market Abuse Regulation which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
