Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, as at 31 August 2023, the Company had 237,621,538 Ordinary Shares in issue. Each ordinary share carries one voting right except for 1,763,390 shares which the Company holds in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 237,621,538.
Shareholders should use 237,621,538 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
