In accordance with the requirements of the UK Listing Rule 6.9.4 R, the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships of other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.
Sue Inglis was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Invesco Global Equity Income Trust plc, with effect from 10 October 2024. Invesco Global Equity Income Trust plc was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 20 March 2007.
