Board Changes
The Board of SQN Secured Income Fund plc (LSE: SSIF) (the "Company"), a specialist secured lending income investment trust, announces that with effect from today, Ken Hillen has stepped down as a Director of the Company as in the near term it is expected that there may be a conflict between his business interests and those of the Company. He has decided to step down at this time in advance of any conflict arising. David Stevenson will step up to the position of Chair with effect from today. David has been a Director of the Company since July 2015 and has extensive knowledge of the Company and the market within which it operates. The Board has commenced a process to appoint a replacement independent non-executive Director. The Board would like to thank Ken for his considerable contribution to the Company over the past four years.
