("Company") was informed on 18th February 2009 that, on 20th January 2009, Ingalls & Snyder LLC ("I&S"), on behalf of its clients, acquired ordinary shares in the Company and as a result, I&S now owns 7,931,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.38% of the Company's total issued share capital.
