London, UK, 30 August 2013: Sierra Rutile Limited (AIM: SRX) ("Sierra Rutile") has received notice that, Jan Castro, the Non-Executive Chairman of Sierra Rutile, acquired 125,000 ordinary shares in Sierra Rutile on 29 August 2013 at a price of 54 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Mr Castro holds 1,654,750 ordinary shares representing 0.32% of Sierra Rutile's issued share capital.
