Date of Preliminary Results Announcement
27 February 2009: Titanium Resources Group ("TRG" or "the Company) confirms that it has postponed the announcement of its preliminary results previously scheduled for announcement today. The accounts year ended 31 December 2008 are currently being finalised and the Company now expects to announce preliminary results on 6 March 2009.
