NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (PDMRS)
The Company notifies the following change in interests in the ordinary shares of 2p each (Shares) of PDMRs, arising pursuant to the grant of Long-Term Incentive Plan awards (Share Awards) on 15 September 2025 at a price of £2.2168 per Share, being the average closing price of the Shares over the five Dealing Days prior to the date of grant.
