Directorate Change - Non-Executive Director Appointment

Serco, the international provider of services to governments, announces that Kru Desai has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Serco and a member of the Group Corporate Responsibility and Nomination Committees with effect from 21 October 2021.

Kru Desai was previously UK Head, Infrastructure, Government and Healthcare Partner for KPMG and Managing Director for Mouchel Group. Kru is currently a Non-Executive Director of Zinc Network, which is a development business with a focus on conflict resolution and information integrity. Kru is the Vice Chair of City, University of London, a Non-Executive Director at Buro Happold which provides engineering services and is also a Commissioner at the Geospatial Commission.
