DIRECTORS' SHARE ISSUE
At the Sunrise Diamonds Board Meeting held on Friday 30 January 2009, in accordance with an agreement with the Company, the Board issued new shares in lieu of Directors' fees (net of PAYE & N.I.) to Patrick Cheetham, Francis Johnstone and Neil Herbert representing payment for the six month period 1 July to 31 December 2008. The issue price was the closing mid-market price on the day prior to the date of allotment i.e. 0.475p.Β
