Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM-quoted diversified mineral exploration and development specialist, is pleased to announce that it has today posted the Annual Report for the year ending 30 September 2011 to shareholders, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM will be held on 24 February 2012 at 11.00 a.m. in the Jacotot Room, Bloomsbury House, 2-3 Bloomsbury Square, London WC1A 2RL.
