Staracre Limited Joint Venture restructuring

Staracre Limited ("Staracre") was a joint venture between trusts settled by Frank and Kevin Oppenheim and Marba Investments Sarl ("Marba"), a company jointly owned by Peter Klimt and family and a trust associated with Guy Naggar, which was yesterday unwound. Staracre owned 15 million ordinary shares in Sirius Real Estate Limited ("Sirius") of which 7.5 million Sirius shares have now been transferred from Staracre to Marba and Marba has transferred its 50% holding in Staracre to the trusts settled by Frank and Kevin Oppenheim. 

Frank Oppenheim and Kevin Oppenheim, both of whom are directors of the Company's asset manager, Principle Capital Sirius Real Estate Management Limited, are the beneficiaries of, respectively, Athol Trust and Springbok Trust. Frank and Kevin Oppenheim's beneficial interest in Sirius remains unchanged as a result of these transactions. Frank Oppenheim indirectly holds 11,732,291 ordinary shares of the Company representing 3.9% of the ordinary shares in issue. Kevin Oppenheim indirectly holds 11,732,289 ordinary shares of the Company representing 3.9% of the ordinary shares in issue.
