The Company has been notified that Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of Sirius Facilities Gmbh completed the disposal of 512,292 ordinary shares at an average of €0.32 per share on 14 April 2014, largely in order to satisfy the tax liability arising on the grant of shares to him pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan. Following this disposal Andrew Coombs has an interest in 1,897,740 ordinary shares representing 0.37% of the total voting rights.
