Directors' Dealings

The Company was today notified that on Wednesday 25 March Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of Real Estate, disposed of 327,931 ordinary shares at €0.42 per share in order to satisfy tax liabilities relating to share awards previously announced. Following this disposal Andrew Coombs holds 2,171,579 ordinary shares representing 0.34% of the total voting rights.

The Company was also notified that Alistair Marks, Chief Financial Officer of Sirius Real Estate, has transferred 106,093 ordinary shares from his existing holding into his personal pension scheme. In addition, he has today disposed of 300,000 ordinary shares at €0.42 per share in order to satisfy tax liabilities relating to share awards previously announced. Following this disposal Alistair Marks holds 1,895,977 ordinary shares representing 0.30% of the total voting rights.

James Peggie, Non-Executive Director, has also transferred 400,000 ordinary shares from his existing holding into his personal pension scheme. His total shareholding remains unchanged and he has an interest in 1,402,678 ordinary shares representing 0.22% of the total voting rights of the Company.
