The Company was yesterday notified that Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of Sirius Real Estate, disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 cents per share on 15 August 2014. Following this transaction Andrew Coombs has an interest in 2,514,005 Ordinary Shares representing 0.48% of the total voting rights.
