Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing flexible workspace to the German SME market, announces that on Tuesday 24 May 2016, Andrew Coombs, Chief Executive Officer of Sirius, acquired 53,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 51.0c.

In addition, under the Company's Share Matching Plan (the "SMP") Andrew Coombs and Alistair Marks, Chief Financial Officer of Sirius, have been issued 258,479 and 36,582 ordinary shares respectively out of treasury at a price of €0.49 per share as of 23 May 2016, such awards being made in connection with share purchases made by them during the year ending 31 March 2016. In addition, a further 18,547 ordinary shares have been issued out of treasury to members of the Senior Management Team also under the SMP in respect of the same period and with the same effective date.

As a result, Andrew Coombs now has an interest in 4,292,879 ordinary shares representing 0.57% of the Company's total voting rights; and

Alistair Marks now has an interest in 2,224,072 ordinary shares representing 0.30% of the Company's total voting rights.

Following the issue of these new ordinary shares from treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 752,298,495 the number of shares in treasury is 1,062,058 and the total number of ordinary shares in issue (including those in treasury) is 753,360,553.
