In accordance with requirements of the Listing Rule 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority (the "Listing Rules") and paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany, announces the appointment of Mark Cherry to the Company's Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 14 June 2019.

Mark is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and has a wealth of real estate knowledge in the investment and asset management markets in the UK and throughout Europe. He was UK Managing Director of Green Property Plc for 13 years and subsequently held a board level role at Teesland Plc, later joining the Lloyds Banking Group as the head of asset management within the real estate division. He is currently engaged by GAM Investments as its advisor to the real estate lending team.

No further disclosures are required under LR 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules with respect to this appointment.

Neither Mark nor 'persons closely associated' with him, have any beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares of no par value.
