CREST Enabled for Dividend Payments

Sirius Real Estate is pleased to confirm that CREST eligible shareholders now have the option to elect to receive either Euro or Sterling dividend payments via the CREST system.

In order to opt for payment via CREST of the next dividend, due on Friday, 18 January 2019, CREST eligible shareholders would need to enable the CREST dividend payments option no later than close of business on the record date Friday, 14 December 2018.

If shareholders do not wish to choose to elect to receive dividend payments via CREST, their payment options will be as set out in the Scrip Dividend Circular despatched on Monday, 26 November 2018. The Scrip Dividend Circular is also available from the Company's website at https://www.sirius-real-estate.com/investors/results-presentations-notices/.

The payment of dividends through CREST does not affect any of the other payment methods that are available to shareholders, nor does it affect scrip dividends.
