Directors' Dealings
SigmaRoc plc, the AIM listed construction materials business (AIM: SRC), announces that, on 12 May 2017, David Barrett, Executive Chairman of SigmaRoc, and Max Vermorken, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 125,000 and 25,000 of the Company's existing £1 nominal value convertible loan notes (the 'Convertible Loan Notes') respectively.
The Convertible Loan Notes were created and issued on completion of the acquisition of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Ronez Limited, on 5 January 2017. Details on the terms of the Convertible Loan Notes can be found in paragraph 13 of Part 1 of the Company's Admission Document, dated 15 December 2016.
