SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company") advises that as at 9 November 2015 its issued share capital comprises 178,985,507 Ordinary Shares and 180,000,000 C Shares. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 358,985,507. No shares are held in treasury.
As such the total voting rights figure of 358,985,507 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules
