SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company")

Director Declaration

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Christopher Spencer, a Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he will become a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Summit Germany Limited, a Company listed on the AIM Market, with effect from 1 January 2015.

There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6) in respect of Mr Spencer.
