Transaction in Own Shares
Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc announces that it has today purchased through Merrill Lynch International 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 933.42 pence per share.
The purchased shares will all be held in treasury. Following the above purchase, Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc will hold 1,075,542 ordinary shares in treasury.
The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares to be held in treasury) is 76,151,974.
