BOARD CHANGE AT SPIRAX-SARCO ENGINEERING PLC
The Board of Directors of Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc announces the following change in the Board. Spirax Sarco is the world leader in the supply of solutions for the steam-using and peristaltic pump markets.
Einar Lindh (age 63) will be retiring from the Board on 31st December 2008. Einar joined the Board as an independent non-executive director in 2000 and has been a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees. Until his retirement in 2005 he was a director of Smiths Group plc and until April 2008 a director of Foseco plc. He remains the Chairman of Volution Group Limited.
We wish to thank Einar warmly for his valued contribution to the Board over the last nine years.
