2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
London, UK - 26 April 2021: Spirent Communications plc ("Spirent", the "Company" or the "Group") (LSE: SPT), the leading provider of test, assurance, and analytics solutions for next-generation devices and networks, today announced the following update to arrangements for its 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
Spirent's AGM will take place at 10.30am on Wednesday 28 April 2021, as set out in the Notice of AGM published on 24 March 2021. Due to the UK Government's current guidance and restrictions on non-essential travel, public gatherings and social distancing and to protect the health and wellbeing of the Company's shareholders and employees, the 2021 AGM will be held on a closed basis. Shareholders will not be able to attend the 2021 AGM in-person, although they will be able to watch the meeting via a webcast facility and ask questions of the Board. A minimum number of employee shareholders will be present in-person at the 2021 AGM in order for the meeting to be quorate. Directors will attend the meeting via the webcast facility and will be available to respond to shareholder's questions after the business of the meeting has concluded.

Shareholders should note that they will need their Shareholder Reference Number (printed on Attendance Card section of their personalised Form of Proxy) to join the webcast.
